About Warrensburg, MO - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Warrensburg, Missouri is the proud county seat of Johnson County. Approximately 20,000 people reside in this community, which is also home to the University of Central Missouri. Founded in 1835, the city was named after early settlers Martin and John Warren, and it is situated only 60 miles southeast of Kansas City. Other communities are easily accessible from Warrensburg using two main roads – US 50 and Missouri Route 13.

This growing city is a great place to pick up a unique gift or treasure. Warrensburg is a popular destination for antique enthusiasts, as there are a number of shops within the city limits: Those Were the Days Warrensburg, Highway 13 North Antiques and Collectibles, Burg Dog Antiques, and Treasured Blessings at Whimsy Lane.  More modern shopping destinations include Awesome Blossoms, Bombshells Boutique, and Crave Boutique, among others.

If shopping isn’t your thing, there are still plenty of opportunities to have fun in Warrensburg. There are many recreational destinations here, including Twister’s Batting Cages, the Nassif Aquatic Center, the UCM Union Bowling Center, and the UCM Indoor Rock Climbing Wall. Local golf courses Keith Memorial and Hidden Pines Country Club also offer the chance to enjoy the sunshine outdoors.

The varied weather conditions in Warrensburg require that homeowners invest in both heating and cooling systems. With temperatures that average in the 30s during the winter months, residents need a reliable gas or electric furnace at home. Not only do these systems keep temperatures comfortable, but they also protect pipes from freezing under frigid conditions.

Fortunately, heating systems are only needed for part of the year, but during the summer, most Warrensburg residents rely heavily on their central air conditioners. Daily highs often reach into the 90s, but there are several days each year where thermostat readings climb over 100 degrees. A high SEER-rated central air conditioner will keep indoor conditions cool throughout the season.
