1. Your referral must purchase a complete hvac system from Air Design.
2. This is a combination of an air conditioner, furnace and coil or a heat pump, air handler, and heat strip.
3. You must submit a referral form to Air Design.
4. This has to be submitted prior to us contacting the referral and performing the work.
5. We will use this form to contact your referral to get them on the install schedule.

Once complete system is installed and purchased, the referring customer will either receive a planned service agreement (value $210.00) or a $200.00 visa gift card (your choice!)
